Sense and Sensibility - Both Sides Now

This is my second attempt to upload this! I've had a bit of a bad day as it was my last ever exam at university today and I had to say goodbye to a few of my friends. So I came home and made a sad video! This is a Marie - Anne video that follows her tragic romance with Willoughby and her realising her feeling for Col. Brandon. The music is 'Both Sides Now' performed by Jodi Mitchell.

The first clip of Maire Anne in the rain for some reason the audio of it went funny in Movie Maker. It is at full volume but I can only hear it quietly both on you tube and in movie maker so I'm sorry about that but if you love the film like me you'll know every word she is saying off by heart! So enjoy and let me know what you think :)

This is a brilliant song, she is so full of emotion in her voice, words. It was great to hear a song redone by the same artist that originally did it and it turn out so fantastic.

As good as this is, the best version is still the Cleo Laine version (actually not dissimilar), but that one's no longer available anywhere (not for free anyway....).

@01ramcummins Not father, but in fact the man (Col. Fitzwilliam) she later marries after she discovers that Willoughby has married another woman. Willoughby decided she was too poor for him in the end - excellent book by the brilliant J Austin!! Ps: I can forgive you for thinking he was her father. I think there is a 20 year age difference between them in the book!! :)
