I always get disorientated landing on wide runways. I'm used to flying from sherburn and most of time landing at sherburn aswell. Only wide runways i've landed on are humberside and east midlands and I remember that I sometimes had quite hard landings as I thought i was lower than i actually was and so was flaring quite a few feet higher than I was supposed to. I really should start going to large airports more often, just to keep my practise in.

Nice work man! I've just done my 2nd hour on ex 12-13 circuits today at EGPT! I have the same issue with the centreline but on the right hand side lol!

Ifs down to how quickly you learn i passed in around 70 hours, but many of them were spent recapping after big gaps due to the weather and there were also plenty of hours wasted orbiting the field due to Jet2 scheduled flights getting priority.
Ground exams are 20 quid each and there are 7, lessons depending on plane are arond 150 an hour
Hope this helps
