Atlas made 2 runs of them. One in 2001 and again in 2008. I do not think the deluxe cab was released in the 2008 run, but defiantly in the 2001 run.

Unfortunately this cab car does not, it is basically a coach. But Atlas does make a "Dulux Cab Car" that has lights (directional and flashing) TMCC and Railsounds.

does that cabcar made by Atlas for NJT have a horn and flashing lights and stuff? or does it just have solid lights?
