Its not a defect. Install the latest video drivers from dells website. That's the problems u will have with just about ANY LAPTOP if u use windows update to update the video card drivers

i had the same laptop and so did my friend and they both did something simular to that, told it was the video card

I got that error and instead of flickering it just stays the same...Idk what to do any Ideas?

thi is not a defect, only is a problem with the drivers.. download drivers for ATI RADEOM 1150 from the original web site ATI.. and run the instalation.. this problem can be fixed.. try

its ok its normal...
actually its witht the drivers. This person has reinstalled his system but didnt reinstall his drivers. This is the same problem i had. I fixed it by downloading drivers... And the screen is good enough to be visible while its flickering.
