Purchased from TigerDirect, item number: H54-2400, for $539.99. This monitor came with a 3 year repair warranty. I have had to send mine in 4 times, it cost me $35 dollars to send it in each time. This is a video that the repair people at Hyundai wanted to see to prove the monitor was broken, because every time I sent it in they sent it right back with the EXACT SAME ISSUES!!! I will never buy from Hyundai EVER AGAIN. So far I have invested $714.99, plus the original $57.95 I spent when I originally purchased this, for a whopping grand total (so far) of: $772.94. WOW, who is the real fool for purchasing this monitor? He is writing this!

  • I got this thing as soon as it came out a few years ago now, and paid over 500 bucks for it. So the first versions were PVA, and then they started shipping the TN panel's later. Mine was the PVA model... I am happy to also include that the 5th time was a charm with Hyundai, and they FINALLY just replaced the entire monitor this last time. The new (I'm sure-reconditioned) one I got has been going strong now for about a week, and when it's working (as this one is..) it is an AWESOME monitor!!!!

  • In the UK Hyundai use a service company called RepairTech - they are the reason I won't be buying Hyundai again, or anyone else who uses this service company ! Was pissed about for 7 weeks before they sent me a "reconditioned" display ... with three stuck pixels.

  • I have allmost the same thing.. I find that for me it clears when I but a fan blowing cool air in the bottom of the monitor.. so I think its caused by some parts overheating inside of the monitor.
