@Engineer245 on issue of property tax you realy have only twho choices. 1. do not show any development of your land, go underground. or free man on the land gorrila gypsy life. I suggest set up the property in a trust do not file the deed be sure that you only earn enough income preferable from overage on your farm to local buissness to ay property tax but not enough to trigger income tax. Most other solutins are not creditable. You only own what you can defend. Good luck.

Glad to see you are working in the right direction. The only issue is property taxes. My dad said, "You work all your life to pay off a mortgage only to be forced to rent it from the government for the rest of your life. Enough is enough ! go Tea Party !
