Dell laptop will not boot or restore

my dell laptop will not restore or boot up or even boot with safe mode.. its currently running vista... i dont have a restore disc either.

Hey still having this problem try when u hit F8 select last known good configuration (your most recent setting that worked)

How many times have you hard booted it down;did you hold down the power button until the computer shut down? If so, then that's your problem. Your hard drive is damaged and unable to even initialize. You'll have to either: buy a hard drive and fix it yourself, take it to a repair company, or just buy a new one. Unfortunately, mate, you'll have to buy a new computer which is the best way to go.
