I was lucky enough to buy in around 2001 tho...I do think the fraudulent expansion instigated by the fed and our government deserves some attention as well..is it fair they potentially destroy someones life in their scheme..definetly consider them..they screwed as well....If the markets were not completely distorted I would agree 100% btw this is the first month in 50%down year and I cant pay(need insur..(ill catchup in the next 2 months)..wish me luck
