  • hey, as far as i am concerned you have the best work of anyone on here. absolutely the best and if you had been alive the time period of the impressionists you would have been famous along with them. thats what i think .

  • @carpediem081791 I mean i know this is supposed to be about the proses of creating a work of art, but, for god sake don't you think you could have left of with some kind of dedication to them, idk what exactly but, end with something other than just a recognition deal. If you're going to paint and post something that would appear to have sentimental value, don't leave out the sentiment just leaves you looking arrogant.

  • Hey Rob, i Envy your talent. I'm just now taking an art appreciation class and am about to do my first impressionist painting. I know there is so much talent out there and we all want our work to be recognized and thus ourselves for our artistic abilities. Now i still don't know much about art, but, i think if i did have abilities i would do my best not to allow myself to become obsessed with pride and over look what's in the picture, aka grand kids, where's the recognition to them?

  • @cblossums I have to agree!! And this is beautiful work. The colors and textures...the impressionistic style...it's a great work of art!

  • Very Excellent

  • WOAH!

  • Colossally magnificent!

  • I love it so much and I am inspired to paint my grandchildren now. I love impressionistic style art so much. I would rather see a blurred image of something with lots of colors and textures rather than art that looks exactly like a photo.

  • I really don't like it when people paint from photographs... it's just like a human version of photoshop, you take a picture and you give it an effect... just my opinion though...

  • Love the music and the painting of course
