This was week 4, workout 3 on Rippetoe's Starting Strength workout routine. I have reset the squats from 225 to 145 to concentrate on form. The press was reset from 130 to 105 and the row is reaching a stall.

I notice that I rounded my lower back in the row, which I need to correct.
