  • Very beautiful, hypnotic video this is. Now, could you explain to me if you please, what the chant Om Mani Padme Hum means? The reason for asking is because I recently watched and episode of M*A*S*H and there was a particular scene where Potter and Kleinger were reciting this particular chant and standing on their heads. What else caught my attention what that by standing on your head and reciting the chant it helps relax and help relieve tension from the body am I correct?
