Bill O'Reilly Thinks Court Ruling Allows Stoned Driving

Bill goes from trying to explain the ruling he clearly doesn't understand, to just plain lying about what it says and what it means.

this video should be of slightly better audio quality than the last, but i still have a couple of kinks to work out in the converting and rendering stages, so please be patient while i try to tweak the settings to get you guys the best total quality possible for future videos. cheers

UPDATE on Chief: he is now staying at my parent's house about an hour and a half away (his vet is much closer to them, and he is going there often). his vet bills so far (for his hips) have reached about $700, and there are more visits to come. i sold a little over 200 tickets for the raffle, so i have a little bit left over for his next vet trip (we are discussing new medications and physical rehabilitation options, since surgery is extremely expensive).

@TehFunnehMann People react differently to it. Some no effect, others can be incapacitated. Big issue to is that since drugs are foolishly illegal, there isn't any regulations on what's in them. So that joint may not be 100% pure. Driving while marijuana is being smoked in the car should be illegal (contact high included), but basically any narcotic should be legal long as it doesn't endanger anyone else.
