@curtisz789 I am looking for black and red typewriter ribbon for this same SCM Smith-Corona Classic 12 manual typewriter as in your video. If there is a ribbon incorporating correction tape that is compatible, that would be even better. Do you have any for sale or could you direct me to a site or store that sells it? I live in Toronto, Ontario.
Could I trouble you to reply to me via email to thisandthat111@hotmail.ca instead of through this forum? Thx.

Did you restore this typewriter yourself? I've just bought one and it's quite rusty in under the keys, any tips for cleaning and restoring it would be greatly appreciated.

@tofwlogan Whatever people would pay for it.
Typewriters are sold at many prices and given that the demand is low compared to the supply, most typewriters are low in cost. I have two Smith Corona Galaxie Twelve typewriters which are similar in many ways to the one in the video and I got them for less than $50 each, and that includes the shipping cost.

What would a typewriter like this sell for??

just wondering how much will it sell for? thank you
Price for non-working typewriter may be low, but a nice restored machine is high. My typewriters, like the one above are reconditioned so buyers are paying for my time to find and fix it. Manual typewriters sell for $5.00 or $500.00. I sold this one in the video for $129.50 My price range for a recondition machine is $99.50 to $149.50 plus shipping. And I offer a 3 day return for any reason. Life is Good!
