  • I think, the 2.4L engine was rate at 140hp. Of course the car was very lightweight, so it had good pickup. European sports cars back then weren't expected to be drag racers. They were quick and responsive with good, but generally not great, horsepower (excepting some of the real exotics).

The steel corrugated floorboards and brake and clutch pedals that looked straight from a VW Bug would shock those today that are used to the current high dollar sports cars, but the 911T was a fine car.

  • my dad has this same exact car... same color and everything

  • I've driven only two: a '74 911 2.7 and a '90 911 Carrera 4. I far prefered the '74 -- much lighter and more fun to drive. ...and almost as quick. I'd love to drive a '72/'73.

  • I've never experience a 911; I'm a loser. I can't wait to have the coin to get one.

  • Excelent video.People who know thank you !!!

  • ops,, sorry, wrong video response...sorry

i love the crack on the dash :)
