Adventures of Batman & Robin Genesis . Gameplay

Well its not just the Mega CD that John O Brien could work his magic , he also programed this for the Mega Drive and its one of the best ever examples of what the Mega Drive could do inthe right hands. X-Y scrolling , scaling , 360 Degree multiple sprite rotation you got it, This game made most Snes Mode 7 effects look tame in comparison. Its just a shame that the game was too bloody hard

@ColorsBright The SNES version stays truer to the original source, that's true. But even with that, the Mega Drive/Genesis is a much better game, with superior graphics and gameplay. And I personally like the music in the Mega Drive/Genesis version more. It's pretty much the same that happens with Aladdin for both the Mega Drive/Genesis and the SNES, with the SNES version staying truer to the original source but with the Mega Drive/Genesis being a much better game in graphics and gameplay.

@subtheo Ok it seems that I was wrong, both the euro and US version have the same tracks, composed by Jesper Kyd.

@emmazepp The best way would be to download a rom and play it on an emulator, then you can play all the music from the option menu.

Also, this is the Euro (PAL) version of the game, which features an electro theme. The North American (NTSC) version had a hard-rock theme, so make sure you find the PAL one.

mode 7 is a fromula for layering sprites, nintendo marketed it as a console feature yet it can be done on aything that is 16bit or above.

I think all Batman & Robin adventures games are awesome. The SNES one is the best in "emulate" the 90's animated show style. But this one is like the most arcade feeling of all of them. Im happy that this game is hard enough...why all the games must be for rookies? Now im playing the Sega CD game of B&R and is awesome too, but im shure many people must be complaining cause is too much for them... sad :( btw i still cant beat the last scene of the sega cd one :( maybe on a couple of days... :)

and why apic fail for me when i enjoy this game you seem to can't enjoy it while youre here looking at the video,how strange not satusfied with your're snes version? was it to easy.the tile says batman and robin and not batman and robin the cartoon series,yes you can play with batman and aswel robin that is what it says . EPIC FAIL aggain brother.i just enjoy gaming.just enjoy it for what it is it is defnitly knot bad but has it,s minors like anything else.
