It's a well designed subcompact car, so the gas mileage is going to be very good. There's a certain Fiesta package that Ford claims will yield 40 mpg. The vehicle is very close to the European model, and is designed for fuel efficiency. I can attest that I drove the car for about 40-50 miles and the gas needle barely moved off of full.
