  • The American Federation of Teachers is a typical union within the AFL CIO. My child deserves a better education than to be taught by someone that tomorrow, could be on a picket line.

  • The AFT is doing an outstanding job on identifying school building problems that harm health and calling attention to these. We commend the AFT for its work in this area! For information on school mold, visit The Center for School Mold Help website.

  • This is awful, if the buildings are not up to code how do they stay open I wonder?

The parents need to get involved. It does make a huge difference, I have had to go to the school board about the busses and if it is a legitimate complaint it should be fixed. You may have a little fight but ultimately they will have no chose.
