BGB hook would probably work for this purpose. I've never had a problem with one of those opening accidentally and I first started using that type of a hook nine years ago.

the prong collar is a good and efective product but is not for any one
if you dont know how it works you have to learn before you buy

I've worked with lots of different kinds of dogs and wolves and I've never used a prong collar.
