I can usually handle most cross ups I just hate the characters who block b4 they actually touch the ground.

@MADBALL9991 My best way to handle it is to keep walking towards him. Closing the distance will force him to use tactics other than his Blanka-Ball... usually his HP slide, which is easily countered. Be careful when he does a weak Blanka-ball; usually just trying to get close to you, then quickly throw you as you block (expecting the Blanka-ball to hit).
