Elie Wiesel Speaks At Buchenwald in front of Obama

One thing I do not like about Wiesel is his refusal to achnowledge the other victims of the Holocaust. He wants the Holocoust Museum in Washington to only comemorate the Jews and not the Romani. He argues that the number of Jewish casualties were higher then that of the Romani.

Well guess what Mr. Wiesel: The same number of Slavics died from Nazi Tyranny so your premise is completely false!

tell us then, according to you what kind of man is he? obviously he's a bigger and better man than you'll ever be, you soul-less human being.

As I said: obviously he is an actor and a businessman. Read about him in the books of Peter Novick and Norman Finkelstein. Or Tova Reich, for that matter. And this pathetic shtick seen here is set up for merely political reasons.

"Night" might be a good book, but then it is doubted whether much of it was not ghost written by Mauriac. In any case it was only after the success of the book that Wiesel adopted his notorious saintly attitude, making himself the "pope of the Shoah Business".

what kind of a person do you think he is? i am honestly curious. i recently finished "night", and it left me awed, though for some reason some people don't think he's someone to be respected like i do.
