I'm not sure, I figured out the chords by ear and kind of winged it but my drive crashed so I lost the file with the chords. I'll try and figure it out later and get back to you.

There are some G's and D's mixed in near the end too, but that makes up most of the song.

Mind you, The F chord is something like an Fm, but I'm not sure what exactly...Amixia might know that one chord though.

The chords are pretty easy to figure out if you watch and listen very closely, I'm so happy you posted this song! Its my favorite in the whole world, and all the tabs are for the acoustic that has two guitars involved.
