No one is disputing the transforming new identity of the believer in Christ. There is a sense in which believers are not sinners. The new birth however does not equal the absence of sin and Joyce takes it way too far.

Joyce says she "stopped sinning" which isn't true by a long shot. She is preaching the doctrine of perfectionism which leaves people confused about salvation.

Like it or not we are both brethren James 3:10 and sinners James 4:8. We still stumble in many ways James 3:2. Even our best deeds are menstrual rags before a holy God Isaiah 64:6.

If married born again believers were truly "not sinners" then any child born of them would be morally perfect, obedient, and in no need of salvation.

If we were not prone to sin even as new creatures in Christ there would be no imperatives written to the NT church. Put off and put on would not exist in Ephesians 4:22-32. Sin would not so easily entangle us.

"... let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus..' Hebrew 12:1

If we were not still sinners why does Paul tell us to forgive each other?
"So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you." Colossians 3:12

One day we will put on moral perfection in our spiritual body 1 Cor 15:44 and be like Jesus1 John 3:2. But until then we should take heed to ourselves lest we fall 1 Cor 10:12

It's a sad day when a professing atheist has more sense than the professing church, take a look at his video:
