@mickbelfast Terrible example, for a few reasons. In your example, the Xbox is a named competitor which has no reasons to be in the background. In this video, the barman is pulling an unnamed pint which is a prop, not a competitor. Pulling pints is absolutely integral to the image of a barman working in a bar. It's just what happens. I think it's fair to say that most people recognise the existance of beer, and that it will not detract from the advertisement of WKD if shown here.

Ive got my own mrs alert, i gave her her own personal ringtone on my phone, the Imperial MArch!! One time I misplaced my phone at home and she phoned it, the Imperial March played down the back of the couch, and she was not pleased lol
