her moves resembles that of Xianghua from the sword calibur game.

@ZaphodUk1 the taiji sword forms consist of lots of gliding..and transitional techniques..taiji sword is more about trying to adapt or stick to your opponents blade. Its all about controlling the opponents blade, lots of blade engagement.
the wushu sword forms are more obvious, quick and direct. all the form applications are obvious and much more simple compared to the taiji form.

@ZaphodUk1 Sword techniques are pretty universal, though there's a difference in the body, speed, and so on. But many techniques found in taiji sword are also in the longfist sword forms.

So this is where xianghua got her moves from. It's ashame im Asian and I can't do that.lol :(

is there a difference between wushu sword forms and taji sword forms or is it the same art under a different name? thanks

Yes! Besides the very obvious and very big difference's between the two styles, in almost any aspect.
Tai Chi techniques are based on older techniques found in traditional Kung Fu.
Some techniques in Wushu, would never be performed in Tai Chi, and vice verse.
