自然站立,雙手自然下垂身旁,吸氣同時將兩手掌心向上提起至胸前,右手此時緩緩自身側繼續向上舉至頭上方,左手反掌向下接至腰旁,吸氣至盡才呼氣向外放鬆慢慢落下垂手,動作要配合呼吸,不徐不疾,循環做八次,之後到左手上舉右手下按再做八次後完成。功用:有助防治腸胃病,增強消化功能。
