Actually, you answered my question about diet at the end. Food is a drug. Watch the Joy Division bio pic movie about Ian Curtis' life called CONTROL.

One of my favorite artists killed himself because of the stigma and the secrecy of epilepsy: Joy Division's Ian Curtis. Ian wrote a song about an epileptic woman called She Lost Control. Are there any foods that improve or reduce seizures? Good luck with the awareness.
