B. Calling his comment intelligent tells me all i need to know about you really, and how would i yell in caps lock? that is completely nonsensical

@Unevaluated Irony is no excuse for;
A. Not understanding why the guy put that comment and then trying to mock it.
B. For some reason being so irritated by what was, in comparison to most youtube comments, an intelligent response to a video that you felt you had to yell in caps lock about it. You'd complain whatever the top voted comment was, theres always one who has to be cool by mocking the top thing.
