How to UNBLOCK CMD at school and work (VERY EASY)

This is a very easy to understand tutorial on how to unblock the command prompt (aka CMD) at school and work and any other places it may be blocked.

All this tutorials needs is a text editor, i use notepad because it is the best for this. Just follow along and you will be shutting down peoples' computers remotely in no time :D

@XxModz if you know how to use the cmd, it is very useful for many things. Such as, accessing peoples' computers remotely, shutting them down and also hiding files inside image files :) And those are just 3 of the things that are awesome :D

@XxModz Command prompt allows you to access anything on the computer manually. You can open, edit and close anything on the machine if you know what to type.

@LamontTheBoss If you can find notepad on the computer they mayhave hidden it so goto Start-->RUN then in the run box type notepad.exe and it might come up.
