@MrKrayyon When a GKR exponent grades from Kyu grade to their black belt, they initially havea plain black belt. This iscalled Shodan Ho. After a period of further training, of at least 1 year, they take a further grading, to substantiate their grade, which allows them to have the Japanese lettering on their belts. The people in this video with lettering on their belts are senior Dan grades grading to a higher Dan grade (Ni Dan or higher.)

good vid, yeh the kata was changed, you don't even look in the second kata you just go straight into it. Was an ok Kata but why they got that japanese writing on their belts like their some sort of masters? lol
