to the dumbass xpcomphelp: 1 you can download a program called speakonia, and 2, you can make it read a whole book, and 3 you can copy and paste!!!!!so screw you xpcomphelp, looks like you did'nt "HELP" anyone this time!!!!!!!! you suck! and fans of this guy, don't defend him!!! he is'nt even a youtube partner!!! LOL!

Darn! This program works perfectly for one line at a time. What good is that? If only it would let you paste in a couple megabytes of text it would be something useful!

Excellent. Can this program be used to read whole books? I been using readplease since the year 2000 for this but I want to switch to something that will run on Linux.

Is there any way to get vista to read out any highlighted text? I use a mac most of the time but have just got vista on bootcamp. On OS X it allows you to just highlight some text hit a key combo and have it read out. I'm dyslexic and am really strugling to use the computer without it.
