The Jewish-Arab Peace Song (w/ English subtitles)

How do you make this song a reality? To be sure, singing songs about peace will not bring peace. But reading about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, visiting the conflict area and talking to the people on the ground are concrete steps that can make a difference.
In this song, Jewish-Israeli and Palestinian singers and musicians joined together to perform the Hebrew-Arabic song "Hevenu Shalom Aleinu" (We Brought Peace Upon Us) - "Ma Ana Ajmal Min Salam" (There is Nothing More Beautiful Than Peace). Sung in both Hebrew and Arabic, this Middle Eastern, Sepharadic-style, jazzy and inspiring song challenges us to rise above the propaganda, renounce hatred, supremacy, violence, and terrorism, and "rock the boat" until Israelis and Palestinians understand there is only one path to security and peace, and that is through sharing the land and upholding the human rights of all inhabitants of the Holy Land.

This song is dedicated to the thousands of ordinary people around the world, including many Jews, who are helping to promote human rights, equality and justice.

Just get along, guys. Jews, Muslims, Christians... all of the same mould to me. I am a white guy without a religion from the northern nation of Iceland. As an Icelander, there is no military you can join and there is no official support (save for one idiot politician acting on his own without consent from the nation) for war. We live a good life. Why die for something you don't need to save your life? Stinks of greed.

I am a Christian and Arabic I have had Muslim and Jewish friends in  school and I personally don't have a problem with anyone I treat all religions the same and I know people who would laugh at my Muslim friend for wearing her head dress and not being able to show her hair and all I tell them is to grow up you can't hate all Muslims or all jewish people because of things that some of them have done

Those of you that are spreading such negativity are completely missing the point of this song!!! Dialogue and interaction - companionship - is the best way to peace. If you are Jewish try actually having a conversation with a Muslim, and vice versa. Peace literally starts with each of us. If you can't even think peaceful thoughts...forget it!
