Zata Omm's FRAMES was premiered on DanceWorks Mainstage as part of the Harbourfront NextSteps at the Enwave Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

This solo section was performed by Kate Franklin. Frames is originally 70 minutes long. Choreography and all initial ideas first conceived by William Yong. Performed by Michelle Cheung, Kate Franklin, Nicholas Melymuk, Melissa Morris and William Yong. Original music score composed by Andrea Rocca, video design by Elysha Poirier, lighting design by Rebecca Picherack, costume design by Meghan Stepka, sculpture by Kris Bovenizer and stage managing by Ainsley Kendrick.

'Frames' was nominated for the 2009 Dora Mavor Moore Award for 'Outstanding New Choreography'.
