Paranormal Activity 2 - Missing Footage?

I'm a huge fan of the Paranormal Activity series, but a few clips caught my eye in some of the TV Spots for PA2.

These few clips show parts of scenes that don't appear in either the Theatrical or Unrated Versions of the film. They also don't appear in the "Found Footage" bonus on the DVD. I have slowed them down so you can make out whats going on.

Did they make these clips just for the TV Spots? If not, when will we see these scenes?

**A breakdown of the footage (to the best of my ability).**

Clip 1: Ali watching TV with what appears to be a black CGI silhouette of Katie.

Clip 2: Appears to be either Katie or Kristi standing in the bathroom of Hunter's room. Hunter isn't in his crib, however he can be seen standing in the crib in the reflection of the mirror.

Clip 3: Katie entering the house through the front door. Obviously after the events of PA1.

Clip 4: Kristi flying through the air in the kitchen.

is the Unrated version/director's cut scarier than the theatrical version? is it completely different or just a couple of different scenes?

@armosizzle21 It's about 7 mins longer. I noticed about 4 or 5 differences. On the scary factor, it's about the same as the theatrical.

@SoAsianTv I last part where Kristi flying is my favorite. It was the one I was looking forward to the most. I'm so bummed that it's not in the film. Btw, I'm not sure if the Unrated Cut of the film the Director's Cut, but I think it is.

@syko2k2 I just uploaded the bonus footage where Hunter mysteriously ends up on the street.

@Sup3rN0vaH4x0R Cool. That was part of the "Bonus Found Footage." Did you noticed if you pause it just right toward the end of the film when all the lights go out in the house you can see about 1 frame of Hunter sitting the street.

1: Martine and Ali(martine cannot be possessed because she was the one who makes the demon get out of the house)

2:Ali and Hunter(Ali should not be possessed also because she was in a school trip and not in their house and at that time Katie was the one who is possessed just like in PA1)

3:Katie gets inside(I think it's not 3:50 am when she killed her Sister and her Sister's Husband)

3: I cant see her wings!!!
