out of this world chocolate truffles

Very easy, very delicious.

ingredients
8oz of bittersweet chocolate (melted)
8oz of cream cheese room temp

8 - 20oz of chocolate, bittersweet, milk or white for decorating the outside.

i would have liked to see how you melt the chocolate and dip the truffles in.. i always have trouble with melting chocolate, gets all lumpy and burnt

@BntBu3ouf 30 second at a time in the microwave. always stir really well in between each 30 seconds. sometimes it looks not melted, and it is.
