  • While working on a basement project, I found your channel last night. It would have saved me some headaches had i found it earlier. full of simple practical advice. please keep it up.

One question: where did you get the aluminium screen for the entertainment center doors? is this readily available at local hardware stores?

  • @pistol213 I found it at Home Depot on an end island display, was in there yesterday looking for plexi-glass and it is still there in my local store. +++Bob

  • Fantastic tips Bob, especially the metal screen idea. Now if you could only tell us how to get rid of all those commercials cable TV has nowadays!

  • nice vid. you should train the pooch to bring you a hammer or fall asleep while you're working, it'd be funny...could be part of the show. Fido's Fix-It Hour. nice.

  • well done mate, very clear and possitive

  • the cold air return vent need to be near the floor tho, basic for cold and hot air rules.

  • you need to get ur own tv show. like for real

  • Perfect work. I like this door with an aluminum grille.

  • It's a shame I didn't find your videos earlier. I've been remodeling my home for about a year and half now, just finishing all the major tasks. I have an entertainment room, I was going to build custom stuff for the TV and components, I feel stupid, I never considered that regular cabinets would work just fine.

Also, don't you want your cold air return low so that it, you know, gets cold air?
