The layers are not in folders for this set so that they can also be used by Elements users. You could group them if you find it easier. The file are in a certain order based on what needs to to show, be clipped or hidden partially behind another object. Hope this helps you understand the logic used. Thanks for your comment!

I like how it easy for people to just go buy the template you want and adjust to make the changes. Although it does take the fun out of being fully creative. If the layers were easily put into group files, then it would look more organize than all over the place.
