The song is from All Dogs Go To Heaven 2.
Plot: The villains want to free The Dark Star. In order to do so, they must infect a mysterious force inside Finn the Human and Princess Bubblegum in order to locate The Dark Star's seal. Fawful wants to get it himself but the villains tell him he blew his chance trying to conquer The Mushroom Kingdom and also using The Dark Star to rule the world. So they fix him up and give him their evil skills in order to become a top-ranking villain in Aku's team.
