@nikkidoll49 The mark on his forehead isn't a tattoo. It's what appeared on his head when he was being controlled by Babidi. For a short period of time he was Majin Vegeta. If you were watching the Kai version of Dragon Ball Z, you won't see Majin Vegeta cause they didn't remake any other shows after Goku died and Cell was defeated. You'll have to get the DVDs.
