  • This is a great idea. I would love to make these for our , Karoke, pool, cookout, party on the Fourth...My only problem is living on the Gulf Coast where it is so hot. Then, it "dawned" on me. I can use cookies. That way, the parents won't kill me. Thanks Dawn. You make me look clever.

  • You could use 1/8" quilling paper for the red stripes if you didn't feel like doing all that cutting. :O)
