Continuation. Am and fm deal with electromagnetic radiation like visible light but lower on the spectrum. They use lower frequency radio waves and some phones use microwaves but it's not electricity. They are produce by electricity in components. Radiation can come in many forms. Alpha particles neutrons neutrinos positrons( antimatter electrons) etc.

Well for one radio communications are not electricity it is photons ( light ) moving at a certain frequency through space at speed of light. Electrons are particles that flow through conductive material. Water is conductive but can be aid by and electrolyte like salt

@justin76bmw No worries, mate. My feelings weren't hurt.
-
@mogeroithe woah, i din't mean to hurt your'e feelings.......im saying your'e not going to get sparks IN water. i know electricity can travle in water, but theirs a ton of resistance.

(Continued from below) Does he have some Top Secret psychic link to the Prez? No. That is done by some form of radio communication. A very effective form of radio communication by the way. Back to your original argument, water is a very good conductor of electricity. You are barking up the wrong tree here. Electricity does travel through water. Radio communications are possible through large distances underwater, happens all the time. Your problem is arrogance.

@justin76bmw I can assure you that just because you haven't heard of it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. When the Thrasher went down during sea trials, it was communicating with its sister ship on the surface up to within a few moments of the implosion. Fact! whether you are aware of how it is done or not. When the Captain of a submarine gets orders from the President to blow the shit out some communist shithole somewhere, how does he get that message if he is, say, 900 feet underwater?
-
@mogeroithe naah, i think i'd hear about it if they fihured out how to break the laws of physics. electricity wont arc under water. evin if you pump an absurd amount of voltage through it, arcs will foarm in the steam bubbles made by the heat, but not in the water its self, its too cold for plasma.

Respond to this video... But I speak from 30 years ago. There is no telling what the technology has advanced to today.
-
@justin76bmw Who says radios aren't used on submarines? Ask someone who served on a submarine. They will tell you different. How do I know? I served on one. It is done every day, ship to shore and ship to surface. Even free swimming divers can communicate underwater.

So this is what it's like when Cole McGrath jumps in water...
The title says this is "pure" water. Is it really purified water (almost no contaminants), or were you just saying that it was only water? I'm confused because I thought that electrical current did not pass through [literally] pure water, but I do not know if it can arc through it....

@testyvenom
This water is 99.9 % pure filtered through a RO filter Like many thing that are insulators normally. At these voltages most things will breakdown even glass.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
come on thats nothing but a oil furnace ignition rod and transformer in water what u think your a genius
cyberselect1 2 years ago
I never said I was a genius. But It's obvious you a are not either. If you knew a tinker about AC wave forms and characteristics of sparks in the open atmosphere you would know that this spark is peaked with a capacitor through a coil, and has much different properties and characteristics than a simple transformer output. If you can't keep your comments positive don't bother to post or you they will get blocked.
