This is very true, and something that ALMOST ALL business people who plan on opening a restaurant FAIL to take into consideration. They get everything ready FIRST and then they start looking for a head chef because they don't want to pay him/her salary for months before they open. The most successful restaurants are opened with chefs being partners from day 1.

I think that there should be a disclaimer on this video stating that one should only pay for this course if they already have extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Unless you have worked in a restaurant for a while you honestly have no idea just how difficult it is to operate one.
