the siren and horn are so low you can barely hear it.It would have been better if you had all the firemen yelling whoooooooo whooooo whooooo and imitate a horn it would have been louder.

The Siren is overdriving the recording. The siren is really loud! The camera tries to turn the sound down that that makes is sound funny.
