I think what this man means is his tutor got a perfect score on the reading
Part of the test because the SAT is made up of 3 parts writing, reading, and math ( then it was only 2 parts reading and math) any catergory of which the highest you can score is 800 equaling a perfect 2400 back then only a 1600. But now the SAT is designed more intricately

why would the schools you apply to know how often you have taken the test? DO you have to go to the SAT admission thing and get something signed or sth??
(I'm from Germany, sorry for my lack of knoledge in the sat area)
