@sammyjase do you know how many white lions are left in this world? no more than FIFETY because of evil, heart-less poaching. so if you go nd see this beautiful creature it'll be probably a once in a lifetime oppatunity. you're saying the animal is stressed & pacing probably because it's on show? but the park doesn't open ALL NIGHT.it does close. the animals do get some privacy.you're slamming it as disgusting&cruel, but EVERY zoo in the world is the same. theyre saving them.
Qué recuerdos con esa vidéo! En 1999 fuimos 1 semana en Tenerife en viaje visitando la rejion i también Loro Parque. Fué una semana maravillosa que no olvidaré. Gracias por eso
The fact that so much of the money raised is spent on the parrot park foundation to help preserve the animals in the wild and their natural habitats makes it worth the visit. Most of the animals are well looked after but could definitely benefit from more room. The real concern I had, though was the small cages that birds are kept in. I hate to see caged birds.
oh my lord you really dont have a clue do you. Perhaps you should read up on the facts before you open your mouth and maybe you wont sound so stupid. The best zoo youve ever been to.Well that makes it okay then. The fact that some of the animals(not all) are clearly stressed doesnt matter as long as you were kept entertained for the day eh. Youve a hard neck calling someone a fucking muppet you selfish little idiot.
you don't know what they go through to entertain you. Please the case against marine mammals in captivity and maybe you'll understand a bit about what you are talking about.
You silly silly little person' why before you speak dont you read the other comments below and read the facts befor saying crap lik ethat yo fucking muppet' the animals are much safer there then in the wild now adays..... this goes to sammyjase aswell.
Its the best zoo i have ever been too and im among millions of others.
i completely agree. I have just been and walked out in disgust. After being told this was one of the best zoos in europe, i went along to see for myself however after witnessing the white tiger pacing back and forth over and over with its eyes closed i could not believe what i was seeing. The poor creature was clearly distressed and many other visitors were shocked. Avoid this place. The cages and environments are not nearly large enough for these poor animals to live comfortably. Truly shocking.
Loro Parque is the most disgusting place in the face of Earth. All those poor animals kept in tiny cages just to entertain selfish people that don't give a damn about where the animal actually belongs, and that is the wild. Even the poor macaws have to do stupid tricks! Utterly disgusting! Loro Parque need to close and the animals reintroduced to the wild. The whole park is all about money and profit, nothing to do with the education of the public, Not education!! It's cruelty!!
loved this place, especially the parrots >.>
