@corvette7444 So sorry for the loss of your beautiful Dobie. I recently, 11.17.12, lost mine to a heart attack. They are truely a wonderful breed, loyal and very affectionate. I miss mine horribly and I know you must feel the same. At least they don't hurt anymore. Maybe they will play together in doggie Heaven.

we've been having dobermans for 28 years now and we love the breed. that of course means that ones heart is broken when they get sick and die....

I hope Thor (my Dobie) gets big like yours is. His father was a King Doberman :D I'm sad for your loss. D: This year my first Doberman and first dog (Zeus) passed away in March... Now I have my new pup.

My old Khan was european bred as well, big dobe. He died last year! :(

Was he bred to be so big on purpose? They're a medium breed; exceeding standards is bad for their heart, hips, and spine.. I'm not taking a shot at your dog, just putting it out there.

@d0pesick He is breed to exact show dimensions height 28 at the shoulders-he is around 97 lbs right now and will be 11 this year.
