smoothest....video....ever
-
if you know what routes to take, this level can be more fun than the original
-
You didn't like the new rooftop run? :(
-
@ROD123vp theres a demo for this out now on steam
-
dude I cant believe you think they butchered this compared to the original! I think it has alot of good parts to it taken from the original, and it has its own unique feel to it. although I do think the original was better!

Too smooth to be real... Are you using Chuck Norris' PC?
-
yeah, im definitely opening up steam and playing this again
-
no PC!

@XHolyPuffX what do i use in the movie settings for fraps do i check 60 fps and what about loop buffer length , and do i check half-sixe , and what about the lock framrate and force lossless rbg capture
-
is there a pc demo 4 this game?
Man, your video looks smooth. I'm guessing you're using the resample option in Vegas? I would use it too, but my graphics card really can't handle this game at 60fps in 720p with Fraps, so it doesn't really matter. I have the i5-2500k just like you, but I recycled my graphics card from my older build. It's a lame GT 440. Need to get a new one soon. Would you recommend the GTX560 Ti? How does it perform? I am still wondering if I should get the 6950 or the GTX560 Ti.

I'm actually playing in 1080p with fraps recording at "half size" at 60fps, and I get no lag whatsoever. The 560Ti is pretty much better, although I recommend getting a 570 for good measure.

@XHolyPuffX Ah, half size, I see. I should use that, too, actually. There's pretty much next to no difference from full size when the video is all rendered.
Well see, the thing is, my power supply won't handle a 570. It's only 500W, but a quality OCZ 80+ certified one. I think the 560Ti and 6950 are pretty much the best cards out there that my PSU could handle. I heard bad things about AMD's drivers, though. Currently got my eye on a 560Ti card from MSI, clocked at 950MHz. :)

@LittleMichaelz
Well there is a pretty huge difference but it's not that big of a deal on youtube. Yeah get the twin frozr edition; I got the EVGA one with a reference-style cooler and my temps could be better.

@XHolyPuffX I don't have any personal experience with EVGA cards, but I read a lot of good things about their customer support. Have only had ASUS and Sapphire cards. But yeah, it looks like the Twin Frozr has the best cooling solution, so I will probably get that.
Thanks for the help. And great videos, keep it up. :)

@LittleMichaelz
If you're looking for the best customer service, EVGA is the way to go. They won't screw you over EVER unless something seems really suspicious about your claim.
