Opeth - The Grand Conjuration Guitar Cover, part 1 - LRRG [HD]

Three weeks. This song has been stuck in my head for Three. Weeks. The metal gods were obviously telling me something. Please rate and comment!

For two of those three weeks, I had to wait to get my amps and other gear delivered from my old apartment halfway across the country. I never before realized just how long two weeks really is.

I've tuned to Drop A#, but put a capo on to bring it up to Drop D, because I was alternately using this guitar to practice this song and to compose an original in C tuning at the time, and it was just easier this way. I apologize for any tone nasties this might have caused, but it seems to have turned out OK. Let me know what you think.

Yeah, I kind of messed up the solo, but I wasn't about to restart a 10 minute song because of that, when it was mostly OK.

Nah, I get you. It would be a pain to redo, although I guess you could have put in the solo separately like with the acoustic.
