How to make parmesan chicken without an oven

Parmesan Chicken: This chicken is easy to make & very tasty.
1. 2 lg chicken legs, pan fried until medium brown
2. flip the chicken leg pan fried until medium brown, put them aside
3. chopped onion, sauteed lightly, put chicken legs on top of onion
4. Prepared salsa sauce, put on top of chicken legs, add a 1/4 cup of water, 2 to 3 tbs of sugar, preferably brown sugar or rock sugar, 2 tsp of hoi sin sauce, cooking wine, 2 tbs of thin soy sauce, cover and simmer for 25 mins.
5. Add parmesan chicken, simmer for 5 more mins in low flame.
6. turn off flame, let sit for 1 hour for better taste.

Salsa recipe: or you can buy Tostito's salsa sauce, I like the medium spicy one.
1/2 chopped onion, chopped garlic, 1/2 a chopped green & 1/2 a chopped red pepper, 2 chopped tomato, 1/2 cup of tomato paste(or 1/4 cup of ketchup), seasoning( like bay leaves, oregano, mints etc), sauteed in a pot (or pan) with some oil, add 1/2 cup of water to simmer, add 1/4 tsp of salt, lemon juice and hot pepper to taste.
