Bizarre foam covers village

The village was covered with foam higher than a human, after heavy rains the day before...

The foam that appeared shortly after the showers had started and spread around and surprised the villagers.

Officials say the formation of the foam could be caused by agricultural pesticides or chemical waste dumped in streams
