So I cleaned and sanitzied a 2L container and dipped it into the fermenter 6 days after brew day - perfect time for Hefeweizen! The Germans use the term "Zwickle" ("developing") for beers served young like this, but few styles lend themselves to it like Hefeweizen, Bavarian (Austria/Swiss) Wheat Beer.
